In early 2005 I was approached by Thornton's Specialist Sports Surface Engineers to inspect and evaluate their various field surfaces as used by many schools, colleges and clubs in the country.

Suffice to say I am delighted with the standards I encountered. The synthetic surfaces are an excellent replacement for the natural grass option with the added bonus of all year round usage.
